Takt Planning: A Lean Approach to Scheduling

In Takt Planning, we break the project into similarly sized or dense areas (instead of an entire floor), determine the best sequence, and then set a rhythm or takt time to completing those areas. This allows for a faster completion of the project, more efficient subcontractors, higher quality, earlier in place mock-ups, and a more safe work environment for the trade partners.
