This is a 240,000 sf renovation of open space to consolidate IRS services from various areas into two floors. It includes fit-out of vacant spaces for new tenants, a refresh of existing tenant spaces and updates to existing signage to meet new standards.

Features and Facts

The renovation took place within the confines of a fully-active facility which involved abiding by stringent government requirements and restrictions. Messer maintained continuous communication with GSA (and its multiple project managers), various stakeholders, and tenant teams to address design changes and scope changes while minimizing impact on cost and schedule.
